HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Service TechnicianWe are looking for a motivated HVAC Service Technician that will focus in residential and commercial service and repair work. This will include basic residential and commercial HVAC repairs, diagnostics, replacements, and maintenance. 1-800-Plumber +Air is very customer focused in providing a high quality customer experience for each of our customers. This position requires a friendly and positive attitude toward our customers and co-workers.Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, bonus based on performance, free uniforms, and training & development.Requirements include having a current driver's license, passing a background check, passing pre and post employment drug screenings, and experience in light commercial and restaurant freezer/refrigeration equipment, ice makers, refrigerants operations and processes.Job description includes diagnosing HVAC, refrigeration and/or electrical system through observation, testing and setup, disassembling and reassembling commercial or residential equipment to perform trouble shooting and preventive maintenance, operating hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment to perform service to the equipment and/or mechanical system, explaining the issue and work and work to be performed and completed to the customer, performing routine maintenance and filter changes on equipment in accordance with the customer agreement, maintaining an inventory and keeping the service vehicle supplied with the appropriate stock required, maintaining a professional appearance, and building and maintaining relationships with our clients.Compensation: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.1-800-Plumber +Air is the premier plumbing and HVAC company in your area that focuses providing unmatched service for our customers.Here at 1-800-Plumber +Air, we have a Win/Win/Win model.
