We are a profitable US software company. Our platform is used every day by collection agencies and creditors to manage accounts, contact consumers, and take payments. The product works, customers are signing, and demand is ahead of our ability to convert it.

Here is the honest version of the problem we are hiring you to fix: we book a lot of demonstrations and we do not close enough of them. Meetings get held, prospects get interested, and nobody asks for the decision. We need one person who closes.

You would work directly with the founder. No sales manager, no layers, no committee.

What you'll own

• A number. A fixed new annual recurring revenue in your first twelve months.
• Running discovery and demonstrations yourself once you are ramped. The founder will train you on the demo personally — that is a real commitment of his time, not a line in a job post.
• Asking for the close. Every conversation ends with a number and a decision date.
• Sourcing your own pipeline. Roughly half should come from you, not from marketing or an opener.
• Follow-up inside 24 hours, every time. This is the single thing that has cost us the most money.
• Keeping your pipeline current in the CRM the same day. If it is in your head, it does not exist.

Compensation

• $150,000 on-target earnings at quota, uncapped, with accelerators above.
• Commission is paid on revenue collected , not on bookings. Most of what we sell is usage-based, so we pay on money that actually arrives. It pays monthly as the cash lands, and it keeps paying.

What we need from you

• Three or more years closing B2B software or SaaS against a personal quota you can describe from memory — the number, your attainment, your average deal size, your cycle length.
• A real record of self-sourced business. If every deal you have closed was handed to you, this is not the seat.
• Willingness to pick up the phone daily and talk to owners and operators. Cold calling is part of this job and it is not going away.
• Comfort selling into a regulated industry where the details matter.
• Located in the United States and authorized to work here without sponsorship.

Helpful, not required

• You have sold into collections, receivables, debt buying, fintech, healthcare revenue cycle, or another regulated operations market.
• You have carried a bag at a small company where there was no playbook and you wrote it yourself.
• You have sold to owner-operators as well as to committees.

What this job is not

Not an SDR or BDR seat. Not a role where marketing fills your calendar. Not an 18-month enterprise cycle. Not a 9-to-5 — the work is measured in offers made and revenue collected, not hours logged. Small team, high expectations, real customers.
