Private Duty LVN Nurse

We are seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in home settings under supervision. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering and documenting patient care according to physician plans and assessments. Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition promptly. Implementing and updating nursing care plans. Ensuring infection control and educating patients and families on disease management and self-care. Maintaining compliance with regulations, policies, and professional standards. Qualifications and Skills Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the practice state. Current CPR certification and TB test within last 12 months. Preferred: six months of clinical experience and home health background. Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel, lift 50 pounds, and respond to emergency situations.
