Sr. Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst (Associate)

What You’ll DoConduct industry, competitor, and market research to support M&A pipeline development and strategic growth initiativesBuild and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisition targets, investments, and strategic opportunitiesPerform valuation analyses including discounted cash flow (DCF), precedent transaction, and comparable company analysisPrepare executive presentations, investment memoranda, and recommendations for senior leadership and Board-level discussionsSupport due diligence activities, transaction execution, and project coordination across multiple workstreamsPartner with Finance, Legal, Tax, HR, Operations, and business leaders to evaluate opportunities, risks, synergies, and integration considerationsLeverage AI-enabled tools, advanced analytics, Power BI, and automation solutions to improve reporting, streamline analysis, and drive continuous improvement across Corporate Development processesAssist with post-transaction integration planning, project management and strategic analysis as neededContribute to a team culture built on collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learningAd hoc analysis and projects in support of the CFO, and executive teamWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field3+ years' experience in investment banking, corporate development, consulting, strategic finance, FP&A, private equity, transaction advisory, or other analytical business environments preferredStrong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilityAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyCollaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skillsProficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, Capital IQ, FactSet, Tableau, or AI-enabled analytics tools is a plusPassion for continuous improvement, automation, and finding smarter ways to workWhy you will love working here:Health, Dental, and Vision insurance that starts on your first day!
