A Skilled Nursing Facility in Watsonville, CA is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help residents improve their ability to perform daily living activities and regain functional independence.

Requirements

• Active California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License
• Associate Degree from an accredited COTA program
• Previous SNF, rehabilitation, or geriatric therapy experience preferred
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
