The Certified Surgical Technician, under the direction of the Operating Room Manager, is responsible for organizing services related to a specific or group of surgical specialty(ies) to ensure quality patient care, efficient and cost effective service, providing a focal point for information related to that service to ensure that staff and physicians have needed information; ensuring/providing continuity of care for all aspects of the perioperative period; and, managing all aspects of care to ensure that quality is assured, i.e. equipment availability; equipment functionality. Requirement description :

• 2 years current CST experience
• NBSTSA REQUIRED (NCCT not accepted)
• AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. "ANYTIME" WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (NBSTSA, BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)

Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Must be available for all holidays as/if needed
