This role is critical in aligning customer requirements with Micron’s capabilities, enabling design wins, and ensuring best-in-class support. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, navigate complex technical challenges, and play a direct role in revenue success.Responsibilities:Lead global technical engagement, driving alignment, design wins, and revenue enablementManage and coordinate FAE teams and cross-functional partners to deliver consistent worldwide supportPartner with customers to define system architecture, memory configurations, and integration strategiesCollaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing to align on product direction and customer requirementsResolve technical challenges that impact customer adoption and revenue recognitionMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering or related field5+ years of experience in memory or storage (DRAM, HDD, SSD) engineering, validation, or applicationsExperience with system architecture, integration, testing, and troubleshooting in datacenter or compute environmentsDemonstrated leadership experience managing direct or virtual teamsStrong communication and customer engagement skillsExperience using Artificial Intelligence tools Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting global customers across multiple regionsKnowledge of both DRAM and storage technologies in production environmentsBackground influencing product or system design through customer insightsExperience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teamsAbility to engage effectively with senior and executive-level stakeholdersThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$147,000-$287,000Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses, and equity.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
