Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Texas SLP License required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
• Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech and language intervention methods
• Effective communication with students, families, and educational teams
• Skilled in assessment, progress monitoring, and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students’ communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Utilize creative techniques to engage students with varied needs
• Monitor student outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
