Luxury Client Advisor — Remote & In-Store

Summary The Senior Client Advisor is a retail brand ambassador responsible for achieving sales targets by building deep client relationships and delivering an elevated, personalized service both in-store and remotely. The role supports certain store leadership and management activities, contributing to a best-in-class client experience. It combines sales excellence, product expertise, and operational duties to drive repeat business and brand loyalty. Responsibilities Proactively engage and build lasting relationships with clients, recruit new clients, and develop existing client tiers. Drive individual and team sales through personalized selling, cross-selling, upselling, and promoting virtual appointments and distance sales. Deliver expert product knowledge and styling advice to guide client purchase decisions and enhance the client journey. Support store operations including POS transactions, stock maintenance and inventories, visual standards, loss prevention, and opening/closing procedures. Assist with onboarding and training of new Client Advisors and perform select management functions as needed. Requirements 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record of achieving results. Strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness, and client-centric attitude. High degree of professionalism, ethics, integrity, and ability to collaborate and inspire team members. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
