Warehouse Shipping Receiving Clerk

Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team! This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of products in and out of our facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and completing required documentation
Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring accurate records are up to date
Load and unload trucks (using forklifts or pallet jacks as needed)
Coordinate with carriers to schedule timely pickups and deliveries
Troubleshoot shipping issues and assist with customer scheduling
Perform data entry in QuickBooks and handle other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift and move packages safely
Basic computer and data entry skills (QuickBooks experience preferred)
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is a plus

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m
