Job title: Senior Process Analyst – Billing and Collections Location: Hybrid in Cleveland, OH Salary: $90,000-$120,000 Schedule: Monday-Friday, hybrid work from home flexibility Benefits: 401(K) Match, 4 weeks of PTO, Profit Sharing, Health Benefits Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Process Analyst – Billing & Collections to help strengthen, standardize, and scale billing and collections operations within a growing law firm environment. This is not a traditional billing role. The Senior Process Analyst will work closely with Billing & Collections leadership to evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, develop SOPs, map end-to-end workflows, establish KPIs, and drive process improvements across the department. Evaluate current workflows and identify inefficiencies, control gaps, rework, and opportunities for automation or standardization. Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for billing and collections. Create end-to-end process maps, job aids, training materials, and reference guides. Qualifications (Senior Process Analyst): Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field or equivalent professional experience. 5–8+ years of experience in process improvement, operations analysis, billing operations, or a related area within a law firm or comparable professional services environment. #LI-AB2 #CFStaffing #NEOHIOJOBS
