Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Quad Franklin is looking for a shipping and receiving Technician to join our team! Working hours: M - F 6 am-2 pm. Hourly rate: DOE 19.24-24.25/hr.If you enjoy seeing products come together from start to finish, Franklin is the place for you. This modern packaging facility produces folding cartons and blister cards using advanced printing and finishing equipment. Employees work in a collaborative environment where quality, safety and teamwork are part of every shift, with opportunities to expand their skills while helping create packaging found on store shelves across the country.What You’ll Be Doing ( Your Daily Wins)You’ll be the heartbeat of our warehouse operations—making sure everything that comes in and goes out is accurate, on time, and in great shape. You’ll stay in close contact with our mills, keep shipments moving smoothly, and help maintain a well-organized, safe, and efficient workspace.Your Day-to-Day AdventuresBe the go-to communicator with mills to keep shipments on track and on timeReview incoming shipment notices and double-check all the details (because details matter!)Send shipping paperwork to the right people so everything stays flowingReceive materials and returns, making sure what shows up matches what’s expectedTrack inventory like a pro—logging quantities, tagging products, and organizing palletsFlag and quarantine any questionable products (you’ve got a sharp eye ??)Team up with Logistics and CAM to resolve inventory puzzles and discrepanciesHelp load and unload trailers—yes, you’ll stay activeBuild and organize pallets of finished goodsKeep the warehouse clean, safe, and running like a well-oiled machineShare your knowledge by training and mentoring teammatesJump in wherever needed—because teamwork makes everything betterWhat You Bring to the TableHigh school diploma or equivalent2–3 years of shipping/receiving experience (a plus, not a must-have superstar origin story)Comfort operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacksStrong attention to detail (you notice the little things others miss)Basic math and solid problem-solving skillsClear communication—both written and verbalComfort using computers and inventory systemsThe ability to juggle tasks and work independently without missing a beatWhy You’ll Like It HereIf you enjoy staying active, solving problems, and being part of a team that keeps things moving behind the scenes, this role is for you.
