Requirements What We're Looking For At least 18 years old High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete required documentation Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to assist with mobility and activities of daily living Strong observation and documentation skills Meet employment and health requirements Experience is a plus—but not required! If you have a caring heart and a positive attitude, we'll teach you the rest.
