Skilled Laborer | PAY- $18

Join a growing precast manufacturing team where your skills make an impact every day. Work with hand tools, power tools, rebar, concrete forms, and production equipment in a fast-paced construction-style environment.

• Build and assemble aluminum concrete forms
• Shape and prepare rebar
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Support production, warehouse, and material staging activities
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, production, or general labor
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
• Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work overtime
• Forklift, warehouse, precast, or concrete experience is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buda, TX.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
