Job Description

Diversified is hiring for Stand-Up Forklift/Reach Truck Operators for the Midlothian Area

Schedule Monday-Thursday 5a-3:30pm

Pay $19

Stand Up Forklift Operators to safely stage, load, and move products in fast-paced warehouses. Operators must have 2–3 years of logistics experience, handle hazardous materials, and work in non-climate-controlled environments.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation: Safely operate stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers.
Order Prep: Load, unload, pull, stage, label, and stretch-wrap freight.
Inventory Control: Use RF scanners to verify shipments and document/report discrepancies.
General Warehouse: Clean drums/totes, restack bags, and maintain a safe, organized work zone

Job Requirements

Experience: 2–3 years of forklift operation in a logistics environment.
Hazmat: 2–3 years of experience handling hazardous materials.
Physical Demands: Lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably bend, push, pull, stoop, and squat.
Work Conditions: Willingness to work in a congested area within a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
Schedule: Flexibility for early arrivals, late stays, and weekend overtime based on operational needs.
