Administration Assistant (Full‑Time) Days/Hours: Approx 40 hours per week, 5 day week, schedule to be arranged. Detail-oriented, fast on computer, good with numbers. Able to work under pressure. Some office experience required. GPA 3.0+ in Applied Math, Business, Economics, or Accounting. Seeking self‑motivated individuals who can function in a fast‑paced, multi‑cultural environment. Tracking and processing product availability information. Air freight tracking. Import/export paperwork. Accounts receivables processing. Knowledge of tropical fish or air freight operations helpful but not necessary; ability to speak Spanish helpful. Import/Export Specialist (Full‑Time) Days/Hours: Approx 40 hours per week, 5 days a week; flexible hours including Sundays and late evenings. Able to read carefully and follow detailed written instructions. Extremely detail‑oriented. Hard working, reliable, fast paced. Strong written communication skills. Good organizational skills. Strong background in Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics. Willing to work flexible hours and one day on the weekend. Coordination of import, export, shipping & receiving operations. Air freight reservations / booking. Import and export document processing. Tracking and processing product availability information. Technical Writer (Full‑Time) Days/Hours: Approx 40 hours per week, 5 day week, schedule to be arranged. Determine techniques, policies, and procedures for various aspects of just‑in‑time logistics and communicate to multi‑cultural, international audience. Excellent writing skills; clear and concise communication of complex techniques. Very detail‑oriented, can explain detailed needs to diverse groups. Bachelor’s degree required with GPA 3.0+ in English, Composition, Communications, Rhetoric, or related field. Some logistics background helpful but not required. Knowledge of import/export or air freight operations helpful but not necessary. Ability to communicate in Chinese and/or Spanish a large plus. Learn continuously changing external and internal policies and complex processes; document them for diverse groups to understand and comply. Produce technical documentation for internal users, customers, and international suppliers on how to use custom web‑based applications. Write technical specifications for web interface. Communicate in writing with government agencies. Windows Application Developer (Full‑Time) Proficiency in C++ and Microsoft.NET. Knowledge of relational database and SQL. Experience in Windows GUI Programming a plus. B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science. 3.0+ GPA. Network Administrator for Windows (Full‑Time) Knowledge of basic networking. Experience in Windows Server configuration and troubleshooting a big plus. B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science. 3.0+ GPA. Warehouse (Full‑Time) Work every weekend and some weekdays. Able to lift 50 pounds. Able to drive. Knowledge of fish helpful, but not required. Incentive‑based hourly pay. Clerical (Part‑Time) Days/Hours: Thursday 4:00 pm–9:00 pm; Friday 4:00 pm–10:00 pm; Saturday 8:00 am–3:00 pm; Sunday 8:00 am–3:00 pm. Fast 10‑key by touch. Computer and word processing experience an asset. Must work on some public holidays. Warehouse (Part‑Time) Work available every Saturday, Sunday 8–12 hours. Able to lift 50 pounds.
