Project Manager - Workforce Development (5620)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager – Workforce Development Software to join our client’s team in Texas . This is a remote role for candidates in Texas, direct hire position. SALARY: $90,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of software project management experience 5+ years of Workforce Development, TANF, and SNAP experience Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL query techniques Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience PMP certification required; SCM, CAPM, or formal project management training preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, including tasks, milestones, and resource allocation Coordinate with designers, engineers, QA, vendors, and clients to deliver project milestones Communicate project status, issues, risks, and concerns effectively to stakeholders Oversee daily operational aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards Assist technical teams with design and development tasks and supporting testing processes Review deliverables before client delivery for quality assurance Facilitate team and client meetings, providing clear updates and issue resolution Manage client interactions, including support, feedback, and expectation setting Gather and document client requirements and translate into project scope Identify areas for process improvement and recommend constructive changes Prepare and deliver client training, including webinars, and coordinate training activities Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with project standards Monitor and manage change requests and incident reports from clients
