Observe and document patient needs, ensuring clear communication across the care team. Assist in carrying out physician and nursing orders to support seamless treatment plans. Monitor and adapt patient care plans, proactively tracking and reporting changes in condition. Grow your clinical expertise through hands-on practice, focusing on safe, person-centered care. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date registered. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
