Med-Surg RN – Panama city, FL

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical-Surgical unit. The RN will provide patient-centered acute care, perform assessments, administer medications, monitor patient progress, collaborate with the healthcare team, and educate patients and families.

Shifts Available:

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)

Requirements:

• Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License
• Acute Care RN experience required (within the last 3 years; up to 5 years for highly experienced RNs)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma
• BLS required within 30 days of hire

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $29.92–$44.88/hr (based on experience)
• Night Differential: $4/hr
