Physical Therapist Assistant, Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic, Tacoma, WA

Excellent opportunity for PTA to join established private practice treating 1:1, 8 patients per day with flex schedule; 5/8's or 4/10's. PTA collaborate with a team of physical therapy clinicians. Practice has wonderful reputation with tenured staff. PTA manages patient panel treating orthopedic patients ages teen to adults with some geriatrics. PTA reports to Clinic Director and utilizes Prompt EMR. Clinic offers onboarding process for seasoned PTA's and mentorship onboarding for new graduates. For additional details contact recruiter.

Requires Physical Therapist Assistant degree from an accredited program. Washington State PTA license OR license applicant status upon start date. Must have passion and desire to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Commitment to working collaboratively in an inclusive, supportive environment.

Compensation up to 80K depending on experience, sign on and for those relocating 30 days temporary housing. Excellent medical, dental and vision with IRA contribution. Three weeks PTO, federal holidays, annual salary increases and CEU allowance.
