About the role We are looking for a teammate in our IT Department as Jr. IT Support Specialist, working a midshift schedule (3 PM–11 PM), located in Manila, Philippines, who will help support and maintain the computer systems and equipment of the organization, ensuring they run smoothly. The Quest Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance work Setting up and maintaining accounts for staff Troubleshooting issues reported by staff Checking computer equipment for electrical safety Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults Repairing equipment and replacing parts Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies Maintaining records of software licenses The Skills At least 1-year experience in IT support Knowledge of network topology & network connectivity (LAN/WAN), switching & routing and server operations Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written Strong technical, logical, organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills Computer hardware and software Linux/Unix is a plus VMware is a plus Cloud is a plus Windows Server is a plus MacOS X is a plus CISCO is a plus Personal Traits Patient, meticulous and methodical nature Strong sense of ownership and responsibility Understanding of business needs and priorities Ability to work well under pressure, both individually and as a team Enthusiasm and aptitude for continuous learning The Reward A fun and dynamic industry where you can make a difference.
