Maintenance Tech - Pittsburgh, PA

CHS client is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician I to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming senior living community. This role combines general maintenance, apartment turnovers, groundskeeping, and custodial duties while providing excellent service to residents and team members.

Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday, Daylight (Rotational On-Call)
Pay: $18-20/hour (based on experience)
Direct Hire

What You'll Do:

Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs.
Complete apartment turnovers, including deep cleaning, painting touch-ups, and basic repairs.
Assist with groundskeeping, including snow removal and maintaining walkways.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely.
Identify maintenance issues and report repairs as needed.

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of maintenance, facilities, or related experience (or equivalent combination of training and experience).
Comfortable using cleaning equipment and power tools.
Basic computer skills (email, Outlook, internet).
Valid driver's license preferred, but not required.
