Senior Manager, Indirect Tax (San Diego)

I’m partnering with a top fintech/SaaS platform serving consumers and small businesses to hire a Head of Sales Tax . This leader will own U.S. sales & use tax end‑to‑end —with opportunity to expand ownership to state income, city, and property tax —while modernizing systems, controls, and audit strategy across a complex, high‑volume digital business.

What will set you apart

• 12–15+ years SALT with leadership in high‑scale tech/digital services
• Audit defense track record and a controls/automation mindset
• Experience with enterprise tax engines (e.g., Vertex)
• Hybrid (3 days onsite) in one of several U.S. hubs: Bay Area, San Diego, or Atlanta
• Relocation supported for the right leader
