Step into a pivotal role supporting students as a Behavior Specialist for the 2026-2027 academic year near Saint Paul, MN. We are searching for dedicated professionals to fill three contract positions, with opportunities both for year-long engagement and short-term leave coverage. Your expertise in behavioral analysis and support will directly impact the success and well-being of students throughout the upcoming school year.

Positions available:

• Two full-time (2.0 FTE) Behavior Specialists—Full year roles at a specialized education center.
• One full-time (1.0 FTE) Behavior Specialist—Short-term contract (covering a leave, estimated 4-6 weeks, possibly longer).
• One full-time (1.0 FTE) Behavior Specialist—Short-term contract (covering a leave, estimated through 9/30, likely longer).

What you bring:

• An advanced degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Moderate or greater experience working in a related educational or behavioral support role.
• A valid Minnesota special education teaching license, school social worker license, or school psychologist license issued by PELSB, OR Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (or in the process of obtaining).
• School psychologists are encouraged to apply and will be considered for all openings.
