Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Moderate or greater experience in a relevant professional environment
• Valid MN special education teaching license, school social worker license, or school psychologist license (PELSB-issued), OR
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, or proof of pursuit of certification
• School Psychologists are also encouraged to apply and will be considered for these roles

• Provide behavior intervention and consultative guidance to students and staff
• Contribute to multidisciplinary teams within educational settings
• Implement evidence-based practices and develop individualized student plans
