Inpatient Nursing Educator

Windham Hospital seeks an Inpatient Nursing Educator to lead clinical education and staff development across our inpatient units. This RN role designs, delivers, and evaluates evidence-based orientation, competency validation, and ongoing education to support safe, high-quality patient care. Working closely with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams, the educator identifies learning needs, provides bedside coaching, supports quality and safety initiatives, and promotes professional growth.
