Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
• 8-hour shifts available
• Every other weekend required

Position Overview

As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care while supporting daily clinical operations and helping ensure the highest quality outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in North Carolina
• Current CPR certification
• Previous long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate and team-oriented mindset
