Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

You can chose ANY or ALL of these shifts! Full and Part Time available for this case. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 6:30pm; Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm

Location/Setting: Concord, 28027

Age Range: Child 

Acuity: G-tube/Trach

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required   
• Must have reliable transportation
