Southern Health Partners is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) to join our team at the Cabarrus County Jail . This position follows our popular full-time rotation schedule, working 7:00 Am to 7:30 Pm , including every other weekend , allowing for built-in time off while maintaining full-time benefits and stability.

What You'll Do

• Deliver direct patient care in a correctional healthcare setting
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform patient assessments and document findings accurately
• Respond to medical concerns and emergencies
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary healthcare staff
• Educate patients on health conditions and treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with established nursing standards and protocols

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Lpn license
• Current Cpr certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a healthcare team
• Correctional, emergency, medical-surgical, or long-term care experience is helpful but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
