You will bring your expertise to a growing and mission-driven organization that thrives on collaboration, novel thinking and innovation./ppWork cooperatively with all providers and staff to carry out the goals and objectives of CAMcare Health Corporation, according to established policies and procedures./ppAssist with the implementation and monitoring of our policies, procedures and protocols, as needed to achieve CAMcare Health Corporation goals and objectives./ppAssist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of Dental Quality Assurance program./ppAttend and actively participate in departmental and medical staff meetings as required./ppSupport your colleagues with internal referrals when clinically appropriate./ppProvide oral health assessment, diagnosis and treatment as clinically indicated./ppEnsure that your documentation in the oral health record justifies prescribed treatment and includes findings/progress, oral health orders, and plan of care, in accordance with CAMcare Healthcare Corporation policy and procedures./ppProvide general dentistry care for all individuals without regard to ability to pay, race, color, origin or creed, according to CAMcare Health Corporation policy./ppProvide consultation, guidance and direction to dental support staff to ensure continuity and quality of services of care./ppAdvise patients on dental care education issues when needed./ppEffectively and efficiently complete all paperwork requirements for billing and medical records compliance./ppProtect patients oral health by diagnosing and treating diseases, injuries, abnormalities of teeth and gums, and undertaking preventive procedures./ppAdvise patients on good health practices./ppUse effective clinical judgment in referring patients and receiving referrals. Refers patients to specialists when required and in accordance with their insurance restrictions./ppPerform procedures on patients in need./ppEnsure all patient charts are completed within 24 hours of the patient visit and the charting is accurate to support clinical and documentation requirements via Electronic Health System./ppWillingness to work evenings and weekends as required and ability to work in a variety of settings./ppAbility to work within a team setting and to relate to the special needs of the patient population./ppProvide consultation, guidance and directions to dental support staff to ensure continuity and quality of services and care./ppWork to ensure patient satisfaction by communicating with patients in a caring and compassionate manner./ppPresent information to patients at an educational level consistent with their understanding./ppListen attentively to patient complaints and resolves or refers to appropriate individuals./ppComply with treatment protocols as they are developed and implemented./ppDemonstrate concern for patients rights, privacy, and dignity./ppAdhere to the American Dental Association Code of Professional Ethics./ppA passion for helping patients./ppFulfill position responsibility in a manner commensurate within the mission and objectives of CAMcare Health Corporation./ppWillingness to meet all attendance and punctuality requirements to ensure proper coverage and quality service./ppDemonstrates professional demeanor and behaviors at all times when interacting with staff, patients and community./ppSupport policies, procedures and supervisory decisions./ppUtilize established channels of communication and lines of authority for problem solving and communication./ppDemonstrate an ability to resolve interpersonal and professional conflicts appropriately./ppAbility to develop and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with the CEO, CMO, and other members of the Management Team, Board, and community groups./ppAbility to Perform other duties and accepts other responsibilities as assigned./ppGraduate of an accredited School of Dentistry./pp3-5 years experience in general dentistry with a diverse patient population./ppMaintains Continuing Educational Requirements./ppCDS and DEA License to prescribe and maintain controlled substances are required./ppActive State of New Jersey Dental License and Board Certified are required./ppCPR, BCLS certification required./ppCAMcares COVID-19 vaccine mandate is in alignment with applicable local, state and federal mandates.
