Identify root causes of production issues and drive resolution while collaborating across departments in a team environment.What's in it for you?Elwood Professional associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveAnd More!IT Applications Analyst Details:Contract to Hire position$ 43.27 / annuallyWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Serve as the subject matter expert and liaison between business users, IT, and third-party vendors to improve applications, processes, and operational efficiency.Lead requirements gathering, Agile/Scrum development, project planning, and implementation of software enhancements, integrations, and system releases.Develop and execute test plans, regression testing, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution while maintaining data and system integrity.Analyze data, identify trends and process improvements, support change/release management, and provide application demonstrations and training.Provide ongoing application support, including basic system fixes, documentation, user training, and 24/7 production support as requiredIT Applications Analyst Qualifications:10+ years of experience in IT applications support, software integration, and project management.Intermediate SQL skills with hands-on experience writing queries; not limited to executing prewritten queries.Financial software experience with advanced Excel skills, including flat-file integration, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.Experience supporting software applications, integrations, and APIs; API experience preferred.Proven ability to lead projects and enhancements, including defining scope, schedules, budgets, goals, and deliverables with key stakeholdersApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
