Administrative Customer Service Representative

Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Pay: $21.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Full-Time | On-Site | Long-Term Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Customer Service Representative for a full-time, on-site position in Pompano Beach.

This is an office-based customer service position. We are specifically looking for candidates with previous experience in an office, administrative, corporate customer service, or professional business environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
• Assist customers with questions, requests, and account information
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
• Manage email communication using Microsoft Outlook
• Prepare and update documents using Microsoft Office
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management

Requirements

• Previous administrative and/or office-based customer service experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Comfortable handling phone calls and email communication throughout the day
• Professional and dependable
• Strong attention to detail
• Must successfully complete a background check
• Must complete a computer assessment before being considered for an interview
