Shift Manager in Training – McDonald's Angel Alva, 3107 – McDonald's – St. Joe. Full time, $13.00/hour. We are looking for future great leaders who want to lead a team and grow. No experience required; coaching and training will be provided. Responsibilities Lead shifts and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Provide leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards for safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help them run a great shift. Assist assigned departments in meeting their goals and achieve shift targets. Daily Tasks Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Legal authorization to work in the United States. Minimum 18 years of age. Ability to lift 20 lbs without assistance. Reliable transportation and willingness to wear a uniform. Available and willing to work a schedule with varying hours on a daily basis. Prior leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
