Accounts Receivable Specialist - NJ

Accounts Receivable Specialist
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Process customer invoices/credit memos on a daily basis.
- Issue monthly customers' statement of account.
- Apply daily customer remittances against open receivables.
- Reconcile monthly cash collections to bank statements.
- Pursue overdue remittances from customers.
- Process customer returns for credit.
- Process wholesaler/distributor charge back requests.
- Address all internal and external customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and effective manner.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and reporting, as necessary for current business support.
Skills/Knowledge Required:
- 2 to 3 years' Accounts Receivable experience.
- Strong telecommunications skills.
- Strong personal computer skills.
- Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry & Oracle financial system strongly preferred.
- Spanish knowledge is a plus.
