Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for all recruiting initiatives within the assigned area (geographic and/or functional) with emphasis on exempt roles, including some senior leadership positions. Build and maintain strong relationships with Patterson business leaders. Consult with and influence business leaders, HR, and Sourcing Specialists to determine hiring needs and develop a recruitment plan (including job descriptions, talent attraction strategy, screening/qualifying procedures, selection process, and value proposition). Partner with Sourcing Specialists to develop a talent attraction strategy. Develop and maintain talent pipelines and candidate engagement strategies for high‑profile candidates to ensure continued interest in Patterson. Influence leaders to proactively pipeline talent and provide support to connect candidates to hiring managers. Promote diversity and inclusion and an equitable work environment for all employees. Advocate for and drive best‑in‑class candidate experience. Manage candidates in an online applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain current knowledge of business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements. Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with federal and state laws and regulations. Participate in and lead talent acquisition process improvement and project work. Represent the talent acquisition team in cross‑functional teams and projects as a subject matter expert. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree. Required: At least 4 years of experience in recruiting or staffing. Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide variety of roles, levels, and geographic locations. Required: Working knowledge of talent acquisition processes, procedures, laws, systems, tools, and technology. Required: Ability to quickly and accurately assess/evaluate talent. Required: Ability to partner with and influence all levels of management. Required: Strong work ethic and motivation to achieve results and meet goals and deadlines. Required: Ability to multi‑task and prioritize effectively. Preferred: Experience with Workday. Preferred: Experience recruiting technical and corporate positions. Preferred: Experience supporting diversity recruiting initiatives. Preferred: Process improvement experience. Working Conditions & Travel Physical Demands: Operating a computer or other office devices for the majority of the workday. May occasionally move packages up to 10 pounds (office supplies or equipment). Must be able to communicate with others in person, over the phone, and in writing, and to understand and exchange accurate information with coworkers, customers and vendors. Must be able to read and interpret various electronic and written documents. Travel and On‑Call: Minimal travel (approximately 10%) in a national area. On‑call is not required. The final offer amount could exceed this range based on location, experience, and skills: $77,200.00 - $100,333.33.
