CHI Health and Creighton University School of Medicine are actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our established practice in Omaha, Nebraska.

Full‑time practice with 36 patient‑facing hours, outpatient only, flexible independent practice style, well‑rounded patient population across all ages.

• Annual salary of $276,633

Job Requirements

• American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or specified area of medical specialty
• Valid and unrestricted state medical license or license eligible

Pay Range

$276,633 ‑ $276,633 per year
