We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver with behavioral care experience to provide one‑on‑one support. This role involves assisting clients with daily needs, offering companionship, and helping them maintain dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

As a DSP/caregiver, you will provide companionship and foster meaningful connections while assisting with personal hygiene and comfort care. You will support light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment, prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs, offer transportation for outings or appointments, and provide timely medication reminders.

Benefits

• Competitive base pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift

• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour

• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews

• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)

• Mileage reimbursement between client visits

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Over 18 years old

• Eligible to work in the United States

• Able to pass a background check

• Experience managing dementia and behavioral conditions
