Frank Boucher Chevrolet Cadillac of Racine is looking to hire an Express Service Advisor POSITION Frank Boucher Chevrolet Cadillac of Racine is hiring a full‑time Express Service Advisor. Job duties include determining automotive problems and services by listening to a customer’s description of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules; preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered; obtaining approval signatures; and entering the repair order into a service database system. A clean driving record and drug test are required. Signing bonus available for qualified applicants. REQUIREMENTS Customer‑service or hospitality experience encouraged, regardless of automotive experience.
