Why This Role Matters As a Civil Design Professional in the Industrial Development market with 0-3 years of professional experience you'll play a key role in supporting the firm and shaping projects that make a difference-from concept through completion. What You'll Do Entry level of professional work requiring a bachelor's degree in engineering and no experience, or equivalent Works under close supervision with specific and detailed instructions Performs a variety of routine tasks to gain familiarity with engineering staff, methods, practices, and programs Performs specific and limited portions of broader assignments Usually assumes no responsibility for direction of others May assist in development of selected clients through marketing Requirements You don't need to check every box to succeed here. A full clean driver's license is required. The role involves sitting, standing, and working at a computer for extended periods.
