I’ve been a State Farm Agent here in South Lyon since 2001, and my roots in this community run deep. I’m an active Chamber of Commerce member, a youth hockey coach, and a familiar face at local events. As a Michigan Tech graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I bring a problem‑solving mindset to the way we serve our customers and support our team. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Aaron Daavettila - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS
