Key Responsibilities: Lead and assist with daily recreational, social, and physical activity programs for short-term rehab and long-term care residents. Encourage resident participation, enthusiasm, and social engagement during group and individual activities. Assist with supervising residents, including required supervision during designated smoking times. Help set up, transport residents to and from events, and clean up activity areas. Foster a warm, respectful, and dignified environment for all residents. Qualifications: Prior activity experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred. Ability to work every other weekend (required). Self-motivated, high-energy, and compassionate attitude with a passion for working with older adults.
