Job Overview

Our Company is seeking a motivated Marketing Representative to support our staffing and recruitment operations. This role focuses on promoting workforce solutions, generating qualified business leads, and building strong relationships with employers and hiring managers.

You will play a key role in expanding our client base and supporting recruitment growth through strategic marketing, outreach campaigns, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote staffing and recruitment services

• Generate new business leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and digital marketing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, HR managers, and corporate clients

• Collaborate with recruiters and business development teams to support hiring goals

• Conduct market research on hiring trends, labor demand, and competitor activity

• Manage CRM systems to track leads, campaigns, and client interactions

• Support creation of marketing content including job ads, email campaigns, and social media posts

• Represent Our Company at networking events, job fairs, and recruitment activities

• Monitor and report on campaign performance and lead conversion metrics

• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment marketing strategies

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, sales, recruitment, business development, or client relations preferred

• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to generate and convert leads into business opportunities

• Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is an advantage

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and performance metrics

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (not required)
