Facilities Coordinator Duties:

• Central role in Facilities Work Management including overseeing/planning/scheduling of maintenance activities.
• Take responsibility for interaction Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Create, configure and update CMMS reports to the various site's Facilities teams as required.
• Assist with keeping the plant and equipment database on the CMMS up to date.
• Central role in Preventive Maintenance (PM) Optimisation and Standardisation.
• Assist with development of electronic Work Orders.
• Visit various sites to meet with OCS Facilities staff and provide training when necessary.
• Liaise with Projects team to promote 'Soft Landing' policy for projects as required.
• Assist Facilities Asset Ops team with preparation of progress reports and presentation materials
• Propose ideas and solutions as applicable to FM processes and procedures.
• Develop and update flow charts to graphically represent Facilities processes.
• Compile periodic reports.
• Assist departments with ISO accreditation.
• Regular updating of the client's Regulatory Requirements document.
• Assist in Continuous Improvement measures across all Facilities systems.
• Assist with Facilities / Asset Management improvement initiatives.
• Generate monthly and weekly reports for the management team.
• Generate ad hoc reports for colleagues.

Competencies:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• A service-minded attitude with previous experience.
• Strong understanding of Windows, CMMS, CAFM systems, Office 365 & Teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of troubleshooting.
• A customer-centric approach with a can-do attitude.
• Experience in delegating duties to team members.
