The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Radiologic Technologist – RWJBarnabas Health A typical day for a Radiologic Technologist may include: Performing diagnostic radiographic procedures as ordered by physicians. Operating diagnostic, portable, and fluoroscopic imaging equipment safely and efficiently. Positioning patients properly to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. Ensuring patient comfort while maintaining the highest standards of care. Following radiation safety protocols and maintaining compliance with hospital policies. Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to support quality patient care. Documenting procedures accurately and maintaining imaging records.
