Être Gestionnaire de territoire chez Thermo 2000, c’est mettre à profit son sens du développement des affaires et son expertise terrain hors du commun. En tant que Gestionnaire de territoire, tu seras responsable de développer les affaires auprès des agents, firmes d’ingénierie, entrepreneurs et distributeurs de l’Est des États-Unis, tout en assurant la promotion et le soutien technique des produits. Au quotidien, tu auras à : Assurer la promotion des produits auprès des firmes d’ingénierie et entrepreneurs ; Développer les ventes des agents et distributeurs pour rencontrer les objectifs fixés ; Développer le marché nord-est américain selon les objectifs fixés ; Sélectionner les équipements répondant aux besoins des clients ; Organiser des séances de formation ; Participer à des foires commerciales ; Assurer le support technique après‑vente auprès des clients ; Recevoir et gérer les appels de clients ; Effectuer la soumission ; Promouvoir les produits auprès des utilisateurs et partenaires de l'entreprise en vue d’améliorer la demande ; Identifier et communiquer à la direction les opportunités et les menaces dans le marché ; Coopérer à une saine communication entre les clients et les différents départements de l'entreprise ; Communiquer à l’organisation les insatisfactions de la clientèle et les documenter. Soumettre à la direction les plaintes et commentaires majeurs dans les plus brefs délais ; Participer à l’élaboration et au lancement de nouveaux produits #J-18808-Ljbffr Stelpro, Inc.
