About the Role
The Company is in search of a President/CEO to lead its member-owned financial cooperative. The successful candidate will be tasked with bringing a strategic vision to the organization, developing new initiatives, and enhancing the growth of the credit union. A key responsibility is to maintain the strong relationship with the core select employee group and foster a culture of excellent member service. The ideal candidate will have over five years of leadership experience, exceptional people management skills, and a holistic understanding of financial operations within a credit union.
