Job Req ID: 29336 Job Summary The Product Manager will develop product roadmaps to promote internal teams and customers. As a core member of the Motherboard Product Management team, you will engage in technical, product development, marketing, and pre/post-sales support activities. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Develop relationships with customers and promote the right product; work with sales/FAE to close deals Execute in-depth research about customer applications and provide feedback to engineering teams on product optimization Work with related teams to promote products internally and externally Create positioning statements, marketing and sales training materials, and product specifications Present training materials to internal sales force and external stakeholders Travel periodically to visit customers and attend trade shows Conduct competitive analysis and build an ecosystem with industry partners Drive technical issues to closure by arranging resources and engaging with other engineering teams to debug Serve as third‑level technical support and provide pre/post‑sales assistance Qualifications BS degree in engineering discipline or business is highly preferable 2+ years of IT-related experience preferred Strong initiative and ability to work in a self‑directed environment Effective organization and planning skills Demonstrated experience working in cross‑functional organizations Creative thinker, able to develop new strategies and solutions Ability to lead extended teams and meet deadlines Understanding of market trends and customer needs Strong analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving skills Solid communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Salary Range $115,000 - $123,000. The salary offered will depend on several factors, including location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
