Responsibilities include overseeing cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. Additional duties include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Qualifications include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facilities, and possessing strong communication skills. Essential functions include accurate math, monetary change, verbal and written communication, motor coordination, and computer skills.

Work conditions involve exposure to varying weather, in-store temperature fluctuations, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, and sharp edges. Sensing requirements include talking, hearing, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments include directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working alone and with others, working under stress, meeting quality standards, dealing with people, analyzing data, and making judgments.

Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing. Additional job duties for driving include delivering product, navigating adverse terrain, and carrying pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties.
