Accounting Specialist

Wage / Hours:
This position is a full-time, hourly, and non-exempt position. Our general office hours are 7am-6pm Monday-Friday, with varying shifts for this position. Wage is $22-25 per hour (depending on experience). Bonus program is available for this position, (more details about pay during application process).
Location:
This position will be performed at the Tukwila location.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable.
- Knowledge of Service Titan a plus.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
- Utilize and toggle between multiple computer screens.
- Use good judgment and critical thinking skills to assist customers.
- Record detailed call and account information in database.
- Maintain positive and friendly demeanor to all customers and employees.
Job Requirements / Skills:
- 1+ years of accounting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment and provide the best experience for the customer
- Degree preferred, but not required
- Desire to learn and be taught new information
- Ability to Multi Task daily
- Ability to Self Start Each Day

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
