About the Company We're Hiring! Options Group is coming off of 5 consecutive record years and we are continuing to grow. We are looking to add entry level future recruiters to our NY team. And we are always interested in experienced Search Consultants, Junior and Senior, for all of our 14 global offices. We are interested in self-motivated, ambitious, hardworking people who would be excited about building a career in executive search and strategic consulting for the financial services industry. About the Role This individual will participate in all aspects of the search process including the execution and direction of research; search strategy development; candidate acquisition; candidate development; candidate interviews; candidate presentation; and client management. A vital aspect of a recruiter’s role is relationship management– networking and building strong relationships with candidates and clients and assessing candidates against our client’s requirements. Responsibilities Data mining and management. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices. Source and screen potential candidates. Provide ongoing support for Business Development initiatives. Nurture and maintain relationships. Participate in special projects and other duties as needed. Minimum Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Experience in sales and/or related areas preferred. Experience in executive search strongly preferred. Understanding of Financial Services. Open to recent college graduates. Required Skills Ideally will have related experience in recruiting, sales/sales support or customer facing roles. Must have strong data management skills, be detailed oriented and have strong communications skills. Open to recent college graduates with minimal experience. Should have a good understanding of Financial Services. Any recruitment related experience is very helpful but not necessary. These positions will be in-office. Pay range and compensation package $45,000-$50,000 salary + commission.
